These terms cover your use of Know AI, a product provided by Jufrey ("we", "us", "our"). By using Know AI you agree to them. If you have any questions, email hello@jufrey.com.
Know AI is a set of lessons that teach beginners how to use AI by doing it. Lesson 1 is free. The other lessons and the live AI practice are part of a paid monthly subscription. We also sell an optional guide as a one-off purchase.
Because Know AI gives you access to digital content straight away, the law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) asks us to be clear about one thing: by starting Know AI immediately, you ask us to give you access during the normal 14-day cancellation period, and you accept that once your access has begun you lose the automatic right to cancel that period for a refund.
On top of that, and going further than the law requires, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if Know AI is not for you. Just email us. Any refund we owe is paid within 14 days of us agreeing it. After that, you can still cancel at any time to stop future payments.
Our digital content will be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms removes the rights you have by law as a consumer.
Please use Know AI for your own learning. Do not share your licence key, try to break or overload the service, or use the live AI to produce harmful, illegal, or abusive content. If the service is misused, we may limit or end access.
Anything you create using what you learn is yours to keep and use. The lessons, text, guide, and software themselves stay the property of Jufrey and are licensed to you for your own personal use, not for reselling, copying, or sharing.
Know AI is here to teach and help, but we cannot promise any particular result, income, or outcome. The live AI can sometimes get things wrong, so please use your own judgement.
We do our best to keep Know AI running and useful, and we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it. We do not exclude or limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we have to stop providing the service. If we end your paid access without good reason, we will refund any period you have paid for but not received.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also have the benefit of protections under the law of your own country.
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
